Apple Studio Display + Alogic 27" + BetteryDisplay Newb

I run my MacBook Pro in clamshell mode with two external displays: an Apple Studio Display and an Alogic 27F3KCPD. Simple enough, until I started chasing the best resolution config for both.

BetterDisplay has been a lifesaver — but now I'm stuck in a tradeoff I can't think my way out of.

With HiDPI on, the Studio Display runs great at 3072x1728. The Alogic, though, maxes out at 2560x1440 in HiDPI mode. Turn HiDPI off and I get more options on the Alogic, but potentially softer rendering across the board.

I don't need perfection — I just want the two displays to feel like they belong together. I'm flexible on the exact numbers.
If you've navigated mixed-monitor HiDPI configs on a Mac before, I'd love to know what worked for you.

What resolution combo gave you the best visual parity between two displays that weren't exactly made for each other?
