Error dialog box traceback section does not allow scrolling or resizing

This seems be an existing bug/feature of d-rats.
The error popup dialog window will expand to have what ever trace back is present, and does not allow that dialog window to be scrolled, and it can cause the dialog window to not fit on the screen if the traceback is too long.
