Unsure about possible future support for Decoupled Authorization Flow for Enable Banking

I could not find an issue, a discussion, nor a PR directly linked to my request/question.

#1406 introduced error handling in case an Enable Banking provider requires the use of Decoupled Authorization, as this is not supported by Sure. However, the error message clearly states that support is not implemented yet. Under the listed limitations for the Enable Banking 3rd party provider, the docs, on the other hand, state that the feature is not supported in general (source):

Banks that use decoupled authentication (separate device approval) are not supported

I am unsure as to whether the feature is planned for the future, if Sure's architecture won't allow for support of this flow (I am not familiar enough with Decoupled Auth to answer this myself), or if this is simply out of scope.

If this feature is desired, but there are simply no resources or if it's too low of a priority to start implementing right now, I'll gladly take a look into trying to implement it myself if I find the time (, and if the coding agent of my choice manages to outweigh my complete lack of knowledge regarding Ruby).
