Feature Request: Choose what actually gets counted as "cash"

Describe the feature

So I have a couple accounts: Checkings, two savings, some smaller checkings and Credit card (set up as negative cash).
I don't see a way for the overview to exclude my savings account from Cash as in "total money available". Could we get an "exclude in overview" option for some banking accounts?

Why is this feature important?

My "Total cash" is - technically - my total cash but not my "available money to spend". I would like to have a better overview, especially Checkings minus Credit card so I can budget better.
