What's being changed:
I am adding a note to recommend leveraging SAN with XFS and Ext4 and discouraging the usage of NFS.
Some Weaviate users got bitten by NFS and severly impacted performances while increasing Cloud costs.
The only way to resolve the situation was to migrate to a new storage.
This PR is to be more prescriptive and discourage the usage of NFS for Weaviate.
