This seems fine. I did not find any relevant results searching BCD or the vendor trackers for createConicGradient.

This seems fine. The only issues related to this are:
- api.CanvasRenderingContext2D.roundRect - OPERA 81.x.x Browser doesn't draw roundRect if only one radius is provided mdn/browser-compat-data#25179 (implausible and unverified — I'm going to close this one)
- https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=274150 (this default isn't even documented on MDN and I found no evidence that developers reported or cared about this)
Letting it advance.

I OK'd the underlying data change in the most-recent BCD call. See mdn/browser-compat-data#28182. Fixes (partially) #3382.

Chrome and Edge on Linux aren't covered, so this is partial. No status change, so a problem for another day.
