As recommended by @webadderall to post it here so someone can support.

Issue:
"hey quick feedback for Recordly. I used it and love it so much, but it has a serious optimization problem. Please see the screenshot and CPU usage at the time I open Recordly. I don't know what the real issue is, but I thought my macbook gonna explode"
