Export stuck 99%

Hi,
Export are not working, I'm stuck on 99% finalizing, whatever export method (legacy or lightning).
Changing settings doesn't solve it too.
I'm with the latest version, Mac Book Pro M1 ARM.

I'm having similar issue. It stucks at 99%. When I tried clicking export again, it restarted all over again and still stuck at 99%..
I'm using Windows 25H2 (OS Build 26200.8037). The source code version.
I also noticed, I can export some videos that are 20 mins long but for 45mins it trigger this issue.
I tried legacy, lightning with different config matchup. It's not working for the 45mins long video.

I'm with version 1.1.18. My video is around 3-4min

Same issue although after about 5mins it finally finished and saved the file successfully. Mac Tahoe 26.4

What FPS are you guys rendering at? I'm working on this issue but also need this feedback.

Had a similar issue with the below rendering settings, the finalize 99% took some time to be completed

also faced the same delay with medium - balanced

I have the same issue as well. In lightning it didn't finish at all and in legacy it finishes but after a significant delay (roughly the same time from 0 to 99 that from 99 to done)

Opened #283 as a draft for the export timeout/finalization cluster.

This does not claim to fully fix every 99% stall here yet, but it does address one likely cause: audio-heavy finalization stages were using the same fixed 10 minute timeout as short exports. Long renders can spend much longer than that near the end, especially when audio processing is the long pole.
