Video audio leads video by 2-3 seconds when recording exceeds 2 minutes

Describe the bug
When recording videos with the Recordly tool, the audio plays earlier than the video by 2 to 3 seconds if the recording duration exceeds 2 minutes. The audio-video desync issue only occurs after the recording surpasses the 2-minute mark; recordings under 2 minutes work normally with fully synchronized audio and video.

Opened draft PR #310 for the native mux sync heuristic. This keeps longer-than-video companion audio anchored at the start instead of globally speeding it up, which is the narrow path most likely to pull speech ahead after longer recordings.
