Microphone audio recorded but not available in editor or export

Describe the bug
When I record my screen, the microphone audio is not present in the editor. However, when I check the recordings folder, the audio file is there and seems to have been recorded correctly. Despite that, the audio does not appear in the editor timeline and is also missing in the final exported video.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the screen recorder
Start a recording with microphone enabled
Finish the recording and open it in the editor
Notice that the microphone audio is missing in the timeline and playback

Expected behavior
The microphone audio should be available in the editor timeline and included in the final exported video.

Additional context
The issue persists even after trying multiple exports and reopening the project. The audio file exists in the recordings folder, which suggests the recording process is working, but the editor fails to recognize or include it.

Jepp, microphones seem to work, but no audio in recorded video.
