Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://www.tiktok.com/foryou
2. Navigate to the next video using the DOWN arrow on the keyboard.
3. Navigate to the previous video using the UP arrow on the keyboard.
4. Observe the result.

Expected Behaviour:
The previous video is fully visible.

Actual Behaviour:
The previous video is partially visible.

Notes:

1. Reproducible on both Firefox Release and Nightly.
2. Not reproducible on Chrome.
3. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
4. Reproduces 5/10 times.
