Description: Gmail does'nt ask to add itself to "mailto:" handlers if useragent isn't chrome
Steps to Reproduce:
Gmail doesn't ask to add itself to "mailto:" handlers if useragent isn't chrome, when i'm changed useragent to latest chrome, it asked.

This is not a webcompat issue, but a browser config issue.
