QuantumAPI

/quantum - displays version
/quantum queue - shows how many locations are queued, per ruleset
/quantum reload - reloads ruleset configuration (some options may require a full restart)
/quantum rules - shows all registered rules
/quantum rulesets - shows all configured rulesets
/quantum stats - shows some statistics about how quantum is running
/quantum validate <ruleset> validates your player's location using a ruleset

QuantumWild

/wild - teleports you to a random location
/wild <player> - teleports a player to a random location, in the world they're within
/wild <player> <world> - teleports a player to a random location within world
/wild <world> - teleports you to a random location in within world

QuantumSpawn

QuantumSpawn has no commands.
