Quantum is a comprehensive API for the generation of random locations. With Quantum, you can plug in your rules, and it'll generate you a location that conforms to your specifications.

For example, Quantum can be the backbone of a /wild plugin. Or a random spawn plugin, if that's your thing. If you wanna get super crazy, Quantum could even be used to power a random loot crate plugin.

With Quantum's rule system, modules can define their own rules. For example, a plugin could create a WorldGuard region rule, allowing users to block Quantum generating locations in any/all WorldGuard regions.

This would be extremely useful for servers with a defined spawn zone - you wouldn't want your /wild to be throwing players on top of your spawn build, would you?

Hopefully this page has given you a nice introduction to Quantum and it's advantages over other /wild and RTP plugins.
