the directory /var/www of the Guest is configured with root Permissions

The Default Web-Server Directory on the Guest System is configured with User and Group as Root.
Is this behaviour wanted? If yes Why?

The Default Webserver of the VM should be usable right away.

The local webserver still works, so its running on root?

This are the default permissions of ubuntu, will fix it.

I updated the Box and the Filesystem Rights are still on root:root for this directory.
The configured Apache still reacts with this Rights, so the apache test Page is shown.

However /var/www itself is vagrant:vagrant.

Tested if i cann add a test page and configure an Vhost with vagrant:vagrant ... works
A bit confusing that the html default page is wrong.
