其他项目到也正常, 就是这个项目异常

最后在 https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf 下载最新版也不行，x32 的无法运行，x64的运行速度超慢，能提供一下相应的解决方法吗？

Regarding your first question: this likely happens because you have a problem with running your wkhtmltopdf process. Do you have the right version of wkhtmltopdf for your platform? What platform are you running this on (Windows / Linux)? Are you able to run wkhtmltopdf as command line tool and convert that HTML into a PDF? Where have you located wkhtmltopdf and how did you specify this location to Rotativa?

WkhtmlDriver.Convert starts the wkhtmltopdf process, and then tries to write the HTML to it with StreamWriter.WriteLine. But the pipeline to the wkhtmltopdf process is closed, so you get this IOException. Why it's closed can be because of a lot of reasons. If you answer the questions above, you'll likely find the culprit. If not, share the answers and relevant code, and we might be able to help you pinpoint the problem.

Using translate, I see this is the question of your second comment: "Finally, in https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf download the latest version is not good, x32 can not run, x64 running speed is super slow, can we provide a corresponding solution?"

The answer: no, Rotativa is a wrapper around wkhtmltopdf, we don't maintain wkhtmltopdf. Wkhtmltopdf itself isn't maintained anymore as well: "This repository was archived by the owner on Jan 2, 2023. It is now read-only." If there is a bug in wkhtmltopdf, you need to raise an issue there for a proper solution. Although the chance of it being fixed is low.

That being said: for me wkhtmltopdf is by far the fastest PDF solution and I don't have any problem running it. People might be able to help you, but you need to be more specific. "Can not run": do you get an error? What steps have you taken? What is your setup? What platform are you on and did you download wkhtmltopdf for the right platform (Windows/Linux)? Did you follow the guide on this projects homepage? Have you tried running wkhtmltopdf without the Rotativa wrapper?
