[Bug]: Browser profiles not launching after profile filename changes

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?

I expect browser profiles to launch.

Following the changes made for #2891, profiles are no longer launching because the crawler is expecting a relative filepath and getting the full filepath inside the s3 bucket (including oid prefix).

Reproduction instructions

Run nightly test for "fail on not logged in" or create a browser profile on latest main and attempt to use it in a crawl. The crawl will fail with an s3 message about the profile not being found.
