[Task]: Add new SubscriptionAddMinutes event to subscriptions

Description

New event type can track:

• org
• additional minutes purchased
• price paid

Perhaps there's a new @app.post("/subscriptions/addMinutes") endpoint that is used to update quotas + add an event of this type.

Context

Can be used to display minutes purchase history to the user.
