- storage/Logs and storage/App were created in setUp() but Directory registers them as storage/logs and storage/app, which broke tests on case-sensitive filesystems (Linux) - Add 13 new tests covering make:seeder and db:seed: file generation, PascalCase conversion, validation, --force, and end-to-end seeding against an in-memory SQLite connection
