I tried to create basic logging in addition to my customized logger:
logging.basicConfig()
And this worked for me.

I tried to understand what is going on. According to official Logging HOWTO and Kenneth Reitz, libraries should add a NullHandler to their loggers. The problem is that before python 3.2 when no handlers are attached the message No handlers could be found for logger "__name__" is printed to stderr. But after 3.2 the same code outputs warnigns and errors to stderr by default. So the tradeoff here is: either add a NullHandler which will remove the confusing message from old python versions but similarly remove warnigns and errors for newer versions, or stay with the current situation.

If you prefer to go with the officially suggest solution here's a PR. I'm not sure what I personally prefer.
