提供了证书管理器的话，要不要加入【在验签回调场景，如何获取证书】的说明？

提供了证书管理器的话，要不要加入【在验签回调场景，如何获取证书】的说明？

因为通知回调和还是验证请求返回，获取平台证书的逻辑都是一样的，现在的示例就足够了
