Make `tk create` dump right into edit

I don't really have a good title or description to fill in occasionally. So I have resorted to tk edit $(tk create) in order to work with it. It would be nice to just dump right into the edit mode.

I guess it is important to keep the CLI useful for agents too so it would be nice if this could be based on the presence of a TTY.
