Feature: generating *yml and *.swift from openapi.yml

As title.

• Use yq to parsing .tags[].name
• Each tagName will be a directory
• Each tagName will be converted to related an openapi-generator-config.yml
• Ln opanapi.yml
• Generate Client.swift, Types.swift

Also,
add Source/actions
and exclude *.yml in target.
