Missing test for /api/matrix/rref endpoint

Solution

• Tests for /api/matrix/rref endpoint

Also added:

• Trigger error when matrix from query is not rectangle
• Tests for non-rectangular matrix in query

Checklist

• If the branch was not created off latest develop, merge locally
• Using latest develop and master, do git diff --stat master while in develop branch. Ensure that the diff is not too large
