Hide specific resource diff in `werf plan` output

Problem

werf plan hides diffs in Secrets, but sometimes a user must store secrets in Custom Resources or prefers storing secrets in ConfigMaps.

Solution (if you have one)

An annotation that will force hiding the diff in the werf plan output.
