- Removes Unused SKALE Chains: Razor, Human Protocol, CryptoColosseum
- Simplifies Names for SKALE Chains
- Changes Exorde -> Extrude Network to match their branding
- Updates block numbers on multicall3 contracts to match snake_case for consistency
- Remove Razor, HP, and CC definitions from the barrel file

I see the chains are still removed. Please leave the exports in.
