[BUG] - Peers switch places in stats

Describe the bug
After the latest 4.1.0 update when using a tunnel with 2 peers, every few seconds the peers switch places in the stats area for about a second, then switch back. It doesn't affect functionality and is a minor bug but still worth reporting.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: Pixel 9
• Android Version: 16
• App Version 4.1.0
• App mode: VPN

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable a tunnel with 2 (or more?) peers
2. Keep watching the stats area
3. The peers will switch places every few seconds and then switch back

Expected behavior
The peers shouldn't switch places and the ordering of peers should remain the same.
