I created the standard README file for the CFWheels project. This is heavily based on the CFWheels documentation.

@talltroym a couple of small typos: "CFWHeels" on first line, and "Adobe ColdFusion 8.x" is entered twice in the "Compatible ColdFusion Interpreters" section.

Now that I updated the file, do I have to perform another pull request?

@talltroym, nope. I can see your second commit above. I've learned that any commits you make on the branch you chose for the pull request will show up here. I've been trying to make a branch for each change I make and then git push origin <branch name>. Then open a pull request using the branch. That way your commits to new-master don't get put into open pull requests on accident.

Also, pull request #7 seems to also add a short markdown README file, but no one has pulled it in yet.

The test suite should be looking for `wheels.Dispatch` in case sensitive
environments.
