Changes done for Boxlang sql server failing test cases. Resolved some sql server test cases causing indexing, fail to load in the variable scope.
Changes : query optimised to match the format provided by lucee/adobe for sql server for indexing issue.
Change in test case, and allows sql server test cases to run with Boxlang
