removed the templates/base/src/app/views/tests/runner.cfm file. Added the testbox function in public.cfc. Updated the testbox route to use the testbox function from the public.cfc. Updated the testbox url in both _navigation.cfm and debug.cfm. Updated the "wheels test" command to use the correct URL for app level and core level tests.
