/testbox --> /wheels/app/tests /wheels/testbox --> /wheels/core/tests /wheels/packages/app --> /wheels/legacy/app/tests /wheels/packages/core --> /wheels/legacy/core/tests
Updated the app level RocketUnit tests directory to be "tests/RocketUnit". Deleted the "tests/runner.cfm" file. Updated the routes.cfm to add the new test routes to the internal routes struct
Removed unnecessary files from app level tests for RocketUnit and Testbox. Updated the prepare-starterApp script to copy the .env and .gitignore files. Updated the packages.cfm to get the tests from the correct directory.
