- removed --failFast parameters as its not available in testbox cli and was not working
- change options format and updated guides for better understanding
- Deleted the files of deprecated commands

- Added --force flag in docker deploy command - Removed extra parameters from guides - Resolved a bug in "foreign key" detection in scaffold templates
- CF engine's version was not showing correct in output, fixed.
- Updated required settings of server.json - Updated syntax of .yml and nginx.config to avoid errors - Updated guides according to recent change
- Removed guides for docker command temporarily - Removed plugins.cfc due to this subcommands of plugins was not working
