docs: expand mcp client setup and clarify tool surface#57

Add Codex and Gemini CLI configuration tabs alongside the existing clients. Rewrite the availability section to spell out the person and property data tools and to explain that the full documentation corpus is served both as MCP resources and, for clients without resource support, through the documentation tools.
