Bumps the bare
actions/checkout@v4pins inci.yml(4×) andlinks.ymlto@v6, matching the v6.0.2 already used inrefresh-badges.ymland the main repo. Clears the v4 (Node 20) deprecation warning; drop-in for GitHub-hosted runners (checkout v6 only bumps the bundled Node runtime to 24). Kept as bare tags to match the existing pin style in these two files.
