Adds README ack,
CITATION.cff, and.zenodo.jsonso GraphAlg can be deposited on Zenodo for the SciLake final report.After merging, three things
wildarch/graphalg.v2026.05tag is at the pre-PR commit, so a deposit from it would skip the new files. Either re-tagv2026.05at new HEAD or cutv2026.05.1. Tag-push alone won't fire Zenodo — needs a published release (Releases UI orgh release create … --target main).
