Bug: Snoozed Event Notification issues

• Notification Sound After Each Snooze (i think still verifying right now I have a bunch of stuff that is snoozed right together they could be legit) they were legit
• Events notifiying from snoozes should use the reminders channel and sound (first time they chime from the calendar for real should be calendar events channel and any other real calendar reminders should be that too. anything after that like reminders or coming back from snoozed should be on reminders channel)

But I got to think this through because there's an argument for both versions.

Or visions if you will.

In One vision of the world you never dismissed that original calendar notification . So when it comes back from snooze it rightfully hits the notification channel. And then unless you snooze or dismiss it reminds until you handle it.

And the other vision of the world the one I'm pretty sure aligns more with what I like is only the very first time something hits calendar notifications plus should it hit the calendar notification channel every time after that it should be a reminder that this is not a new thing but something that has been in calendar notification tracking for a while that you haven't handled and it should be in the reminders

I think reminder might be kinda broken on recurring events too...

You get the first notification but reminders don't work right....

Until you snooze and then they do.

Still having the issue seems like it might be related to the app being backgrounded? Maybe?

Seems like first even in the morning for me event in the morning is showing in notifications properly but not making a sound properly

Seems like all the other issues from this ticket are good and want a more targeted one just the reccuring issue
