Remove bower support and general refactoring. This is mostly a smoke test.

fix(angular-chartist): Fix live updating bug doesn't allow for deep watching and I haven't really found another implementation I really like. Going with this for now

This fixes a bug with chartType not rendering a new chart when changed.
Also changes the file name from ng-chartist.js to angular-chartist.js to be in line with Angular.js naming best practice.
