STAR 2.7.11b Windows x86_64 MSYS2

Community Windows build of STAR 2.7.11b built with MSYS2-MSYS.

Recommended installer:
Download win-ngs-STAR-2.7.11b-windows-x86_64-msys.msi, then double-click the file to install STAR. The installer installs STAR under C:\Program Files\WinNGS-STAR and adds that directory to PATH.

This MSI is currently unsigned. If Windows shows a blue warning screen, click More info, then choose Run anyway to continue the installation.

If the MSI cannot be installed on your system, or if you prefer not to use an installer, download win-ngs-STAR-2.7.11b-windows-x86_64-msys.zip instead and use it as a portable package.
