Inconsistent warning in SFX transfer package

If an Bench environment with user profile integration is exported into an SFX package a warning message is integrated into the bootstrap message.

But, this message is needless and misleading, if the user configuration is not included into the transfer package.

This issue is a show stopper, for using an SFX transfer package as the main distribution channel, instead of the bootstrap batch script.
