I have an idea that could make GPU integration much easier.
Many of us know how time-consuming it can be to properly attach a GPU to a virtual machine.
My suggestion for a new feature in WinBoat would be to simplify this process through a few UI options or buttons — for example, allowing users with multiple GPUs to easily select which one to use.
Another idea would be to implement a virtual GPU layer that uses a small fraction of the real GPU’s performance to keep the VM running smoothly, while WinBoat could utilize the full GPU power directly.
This approach could even attract Windows gamers (except for certain online multiplayer games due to kernel-level restrictions), and applications like Photoshop would also benefit significantly in performance.
