[Feature] sync the link of "create note from annotation" #1291

When I highlight in zotero and clicked "create note from annotation" on the side bar, better notes plugin will create a markdown note and I can always jump to this markdown note from annotation on the side bar. However, when I switched to another machine, I cannot jump to the markdown note from annotation. When I clicked that button, a new markdown note is created, but what I want is jumping to the old markdown note.
Example:
I created markdown note from annotation on my mac so that if I clicked following button, I will jump to existing markdown note.
But on my windows machine, after syncing, I see something like this:
If I clicked the button, a duplicate markdown note will be created instead of jumping to the old one.
Why do you need this feature?
I rely heavily on writing markdown annotations when I need to write mathematical equations. If I cannot jump to markdown note from annotation and sync between device, my workflow is broken.
