The PYTHON_IMAGE has been updated to use python:3.13.2-slim-bookworm. Ensure that related version references (e.g. the LATEST_STABLE_PY ARG on line 102 and the uv python install commands on lines 173–174, which still reference 3.11.10) are updated for consistency.
