How do I use the API?

Hi I found this project, but I'm having a few problems.

1. What is the url? I guessed https://api.winget.run/ ?
2. How do I use it? I Tried the following urls but none of them worked
   2.1. https://api.winget.run/v2/packages/ShareX%20Team/ShareX
   2.2. https://api.winget.run/v2/packages/ShareX%20Team
   2.3. https://api.winget.run/v2/packages/ShareX.ShareX

A few questions

1. When I just run https://api.winget.run/v2/packages/ I get a few packages, but it includes a huge Search object that isn't documented in the docs? is this correct? (Looks like it contains some sort of n-gram?)
2. Some parts of the documentation specify package id and some package name, is it the same thing?
3. How does a actual request look like? I tried https://api.winget.run/v2/packages/Docker%20Inc. but it fails.
4. Is there someway to get package information using the Id I get from the winget CLI?
5. Am I allowed to use this in a project of mine? (A desktop client for a few package managers)
