Motivation

Currently, we only have a download option for a somewhat configurable CV but not themes (#863) but no way to add documents to a qualification (#859) or examples of work.

Idea

Add a new documents database table with the following fields:

• UUIDv7
• kind: 'cv'|'qualification'|'cover-letter'|'motivational-letter'|'other'
• file: blob/data URI/link to internal file storage
• name: string

Use cases

• Upload a themed CV
• Upload qualifications
• Upload examples of work
• Download a ZIP archive (application portfolio ("Bewerbungsmappe"))
• Use in an application process
  • Add a cover letter
  • Add a motivational letter
