BREAKING vs v1.1.44:
- last_seen_at column removed from accelerator core migration. Userland that
  references the column must migrate manually.
- AcceleratedUser::isOnline() and ::markAsOnline() removed.
- AcceleratedUserService::touchOnlineStatus / flushPendingLastSeen / isOnline
  removed.
- FlushLastSeenCommand removed.
- TrackOnlineStatus middleware removed.
- BuiltinSystemSchedule::flushLastSeen() removed.
- BigDecimalCast now throws InvalidArgumentException on invalid roundingMode
  or negative scale (was silently falling back to HalfUp before).
- AddLinkHeadersForPreloadedAssets is now wrapped by ConditionalLinkPreload.
  Default: skips /admin and /admin/* paths. Toggle via
  accelerator.middleware.link_preload.enabled (default true).
- InstallCommand publishConfigs() now respects component selection. Components
  not selected won't publish their configs.

Patch bump per project policy: stay on 1.1.x during early dev.
