Proposal: maintain a small zh-TW documentation scope

Hello! I would like to help maintain Astro's Traditional Chinese documentation (zh-TW) in small, reviewable increments.

I can contribute:

• Traditional Chinese localisation that remains clear to readers in Hong Kong and Taiwan
• documentation structure and onboarding UX review
• accessibility and interface-copy review
• manual QA of rendered pages and documented steps

For the first contribution, I propose updating one page that the translation tracker or Docs team considers a current priority. I would keep each PR to one page, normally around 400–600 English source words.

For every change, I will compare against the latest English source, preserve code and technical identifiers, follow the existing zh-TW terminology, inspect the rendered preview, and manually verify every edit. AI may assist with a first draft, source comparison, and mechanical checks; I will review the complete result myself, run the steps I can verify, and state any limits.

Before I begin, could a maintainer confirm:

1. the preferred first page or current zh-TW priority;
2. whether src/content/docs/zh-tw/ and the existing locale conventions are the correct scope;
3. the preferred terminology source beyond the existing 正體中文 i18n guide; and
4. whether ongoing translation review or another small Docs task would be useful after the first PR?
