Docs for deployment on GitHub Pages: bump dependencies

This PR bumps dependencies in the documentation describing deployment on GitHub Pages.
I tested these changes with a GitHub repo of mine, and deployment still worked as expected.

Would you mind removing the changes to the non-English pages included here? We use a git-based translation tracking system and so only update the English page first and allow translators individually translate their languages. Otherwise, this page will be marked as “updated” and translators won’t see that they still need to add the build-cmd docs.
