i18n: fix broken formatting in translations [I18nIgnore]

Description (required)

• Fixes two broken links (one in a German translation and one in a Russian translation)
• Adds missing backticks around is:inline in an Hindi translation
• Fixes a tag that shouldn't be translated in an Hindi translation
