🚀 Feature Request: Add WeChat Channel Support (@flue/channel-wechat)

Description

Add support for receiving and responding to events from WeChat Official Accounts / Weixin Work as a native Flue channel adapter.

Proposed Architecture

• Package / Extension: Custom channel adapter or plugin for @flue/runtime
• Verification Handshake: Handle initial WeChat GET server URL validation (signature, timestamp, nonce, echostr).
• Message Receiver: HTTP POST handler supporting WeChat XML/JSON message payloads.
• Security: Support optional/required AES message decryption (WXBizMsgCrypt).

Key Tasks

• Implement initial URL verification handshake (GET endpoint).
• Implement payload parser for WeChat incoming message events.
• Support AES decryption for encrypted WeChat messages.
• Map WeChat OpenID / UnionID to Flue session context.
• Implement response dispatcher via WeChat Customer Service API or synchronous XML reply.
• Add deployment tests for Node.js and Cloudflare Workers.
