Add WhatsApp as a Starlight built-in icon

What is your idea?

Just like Starlight has a built-in icon for Telegram I think it'd be nice to have one for WhatsApp as well.

Why is this feature necessary?

WhatsApp is very popular outside the US, specially in Latin America and Europe.

Do you have examples of this feature in other projects?

Telegram is built into Starlight already here.

Icons should be 24x24 and we use https://jakearchibald.github.io/svgomg/ to optimise the SVG paths.
